Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a therapy that can balance the nervous system, support a regulated state and can release the tension patterns within the fascia/membranes allowing the cerebrospinal fluid to move more freely and reduce physiologic restrictions for your child. The practitioner has been attended training led by the Upledger Institute.

Bodywork for Sensory Integration
An approach that combines assessment and work with fascia, connective tissue, cranial nerve pathways, and autonomic regulation to help the body find comfort and balance. The function of fascia and connective tissue, autonomic states of organs, cranial nerve pathways, and innervation sites hold important implications as sensory integration challenges are treated.

Bodywork for Babies
A soothing, tactile session with techniques to support a baby’s nervous system, fascia, and overall body alignment. Through craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and lymphatic work, the session helps release tension, improve comfort, and support self-regulation. It can aid in addressing common challenges such as colic, reflux, torticollis, and sleep difficulties, while promoting overall well-being and healthy development.
Therepeutic Listening
Therapeutic Listening is an auditory program that can be designed and implemented by the provider for you to use in your home on a daily/regular basis. Practitioners and caregivers often report seeing improvements in attention and focus, sensory defensiveness, energy levels, mood, transitions, sleeping, and posture and movement.
Astronaut Training
Astronaut Training works with the child's vestibular and visual systems, while also incorporating sound. This can be performed in the home using specific equipment and be administered directly by your provider. Some impacted areas may look like: becoming lost in space and may fall off our chair, be afraid to climb a tree, trip and fall, bump into people and walls, be fearful of crowded places, resist change, avoid playing sports or riding a bicycle
An approach that combines assessment and work with fascia, connective tissue, cranial nerve pathways, and autonomic regulation to help the body find comfort and balance. Sessions also include sensory integration strategies to promote self-regulation, attention, and adaptability that utilized at home if this is supportive and requested.
